Processing & Handling Time

Every order is prepared with care.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Digital Products

If your order includes digital items (like guides or audio), they’ll be delivered to your email 2–3 days before your HugItOut animal arrives.

You’ll receive:

  • Immediate download access
  • A copy sent directly to your email

If anything doesn’t come through, just email us at
info@hugitout.store and we’ll sort it quickly.


Shipping Rates

We offer free international shipping on all orders over $70 USD.

For orders under $70 USD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.


Where We Don’t Currently Ship

At the moment, we’re unable to deliver to:
Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, North Korea, Mayotte, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, São Tomé & Príncipe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St. Helena, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Russia

To keep HugItOut accessible to families everywhere, we currently ship from our international warehouse near Shanghai.
